Tutankhamun: The Golden King and the Great Pharaohs

Explore the splendor of the pharaohs in this breakthrough exhibition, which features more than 100 striking objects spanning 2,000 years of ancient Egyptian history. You'll see the largest image of King Tut ever unearthed: a 10-foot statue found at the remains of a funerary temple and encounter artifacts from powerful rulers like Khefren, whose great pyramid is one of the seven wonders of the ancient world; Hatshepsut, the queen who became a pharaoh; and Psusennes I, whose magnificent golden death mask will be on display. Denver Art Museum will offer extended hours for this exhibit. DAM members can purchase their dated and timed tickets now for special early bird rates.
