2011 Holiday Inn Denver - hotel direct reviews May Our stay at the Holiday Inn Denver-Lakewood was perhaps one of the best hotel stays we have experienced in the past 10-12 years! Each and every person in the hotel was extremely courteous, helpful and pleasant. As a retired Customer Service Trainer I can attest to the face that this hotel's customer service is OUTSTANDING! Thank you for a very pleasant stay! April This is one of the best Holiday Inns I've ever stayed in! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the new "Holiday Inn after all your renovations. Great Job! You upgraded the coffee for the coffee maker, Well Done! Also nicely done on the flat screen TVs. Beds are very comfy. We were just trying to get away for the weekend. My brother was staying there for a convention and we joined him for the weekend. It was really easy to get to and to get to places from there. It was a great experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to greet us and to ensure that we were comfortable in our room. The room itself was extremely comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The front desk staff, Michelle, Morgan, Craig (used to be in charge of the 6th floor breakfast). I hope I got the names right. They always made me feel soooo welcome and sooo important. It is my home away from home. Also the VIP breakfast and social hour on Wednesdays are very special. The new person that is now in charge of the 6th floor breakfast does a great job greeting the guest and makes sure everyone is comfortable. Thank you for all you do. This is the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. the pillows... great. Nice view for the morning breakfast as well. The positive attitude of every employee I interacted with.
March Friendly front desk emmployees, quick check in, very knowledgeable on businesses in area. Everyone was extremely friendly and very accommodating. NOt once did I enter the lobby without the person at the desk speaking and smiling and greeting me or my wife witha very warm Hello or Hi, can I do anything for you or is all okay. Excellent customer service at the front desk, hospitality, bar. Great food. Keep up the great job. It felt clean, good business center, nice laundry room, good workout facility, and the people were friendly. The pillow choice was excellent also. I love the lotion too. We liked the benefit of having a free breakfast on the executive level, we liked that our kids could eat all their meals free, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was pretty good for what we wanted to do during our stay. A great place to stay. Can you send me a priority club card? Everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed my stay even if it was business. I need a safe, clean & private place to stay and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to all the staff. Bless you all! Possibly one of the best Holiday Inns I have ever stayed in. Wished we could have stayed longer. When we return to the area we will definitely be back to this hotel. Had we known in advance how great this location was, we would not have stayed our other two nights out by the airport at the Country Inn Suites. Or, we would have gone rather to the Holiday Inn or Express out by the airport instead. Sorry. Thank you for one of the best hotel service experiences and facilities. I was there with my sister for a medical condition. There was a special rate given for this as well as full access to fax and business room. It was a very trying time and this Holiday Inn made it affordable and comfortable beyond my expectations. Thank you for heping us at this difficult time. This hotel meets my needs when I travel! Appreciate the included breakfast. We had a smoking room by request, and you would never know it by how clean and nice smelling it was. Would only ask that the window could have been opened more for obvious reasons. From the moment we checked in and throughout our stay, the entire staff couldn't have been more professional of course, but just truly warm and nice. We are in the Lakewood area several times a year attneding to family affairs in Englewood and only wish we would have discovered Holiday Inn/Lakewood sooner. It will most definitely be our number one choice in the future and we have had the pleasure of referring other family members to this wonderful hotel and great visit. Thank you!! Your hotel is the best I've seen in a long time. A+ for housekeeping. Your hotel is beautiful. I love Holiday Inn. Chris at front desk was very helpful. Chris, Tom and Ginger were very helpful and greatly iimproved the quality of my stay. I will most definitely come back if I receive even 1/2 the hospitality. January: Well, First of all, I wish there was one more box to check above, very satisfied! Consistently this establishment is our favorite stop on our Rock and Roll Road trip. Every person on every level make our stay a quest to see how you will surprise us next! Our every stay rises above the last and now for the 'names of the week." Every single person makes us feel more than welcome. I don't see how you can raise the bar even higher every trip, but you do! Karen Davis was most helpful in organizing our Xmas party. The banquet room was perfect and the food beyond compare. Also, Kudos to your chef. His prime rib was great and his help in warding off a potential problem. We look forward to next year! John Lyall was our server. He was incredible! Used and enjoy the wireless and office area for guest. My Wife and I stayed at this hotel while I was in Denver for surgery. While I was in teh hospital, the hotel staff made sure my wife had everything she needed including transportation to and from the hospital. With caring and service like that I will always return to the Holiday Inn Lakewood.
